Vitamin B12 And You

One of the best forms of B-12 for absorption is a sublingual form.

If you’re a vegetarian, a vegan or are eating a healthy ketogenic diet, they all may require great forms of B-12 along with healthy electrolytes. Unfortunately, the vast majority of such products on the market are not suitable, due to the “other ingredients” used. B-12 is one of the most important of the B vitamins and has several key health functions that can make a night and day difference.

While it’s known primarily as being key to supporting energy, it’s also important for mental clarity, the formation of red blood cells, and the breaking down of fatty acids.

Deficiencies in B vitamins, and in particular of B-12, may result in chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, anger, confusion, and paranoia. It’s also linked to symptoms of heart palpitations, insomnia, tingling in the hands and feet and difficulty with walking.
